Taken the blade spacing: 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, according to the different test conditions are available:
1 mm spacing: coating thickness 0-60µm, for hard substrate (metal);
2 mm spacing: coating thickness 60-120µm, for hard or soft substrates;
3 mm spacing: coating thickness 121-250µm, for hard or soft substrates;

Application:

The instrument is mainly used for the measurement of the grid scratching adhesion of the organic paints. It is not only applicable to the laboratories, but also good to the construction sites under various conditions.
