Summary:

The product uses high temperature and dry heat to cause effect on microorganism’s oxidation, protein denaturation, dielectric enrichment toxic effects. Mainly through oxidation to break cellular plasm to kill the microorganism. So in a certain heating time, all of the microorganism can be killed.

Uses:
The device uses physical method to achieve disinfection and sterilization. It takes advantage of high-temperature and hot air to cause intoxication on microbial oxidation, protein denaturation, and electrolyte concentration. By disinfection principle, it destroys protoplasmic cell to kill all the microorganisms in a certain period of heating time.
Characteristics:
1. Cold rolling steel electrostatic spraying exterior.
2. Stainless steel inner chamber; with the semicircular arcs at corners for easy cleaning. The space between the shelves in the chamber is adjustable. The two sides heating air passage and bottom heating cover can be fast assembly and disassembly.
3. PID Microprocessor digital controller has the function of timing, lack of water and over-temperature protection.
4. The special air forced heat radiation construction ensure the low noise fan temperature less than 50°C. Turbine centrifugal fan ensure the fan can be used more longer time.
5. High quality heat isolation door with wide hollow tempered glass observation window, adjustable air-tight buckle lock and silicon rubber seal.

BE function type has the following characteristics other than the above functions:

1. With adjustor to adjust the fan speed, the user can choose use the fan and adjust the speed ensure the high temperature evenness, or not use the fan to avoid the powder or other small samples move in the inner chamber.
2. Large LCD screen shows the multiple data, has the function of timing and over-temperature protection.
3. Independent audible and visible temperature-timing alarm system, cut off the power when over-temperature limited automatic ensures experiments run safety and no accident would happen.
4. Can be connected the RS485 connector and software to download and save all the data via RS485 into computer. (Optional Accessories)

Note: model SRX230 has no function of speed adjustment.
