Advantages of vacuum dry technology:
1. Vacuum environment greatly lowered the liquid’s boiling point which
needs to be driven away, therefore the vacuum dry method can be
applied into heat sensitivity material.
2. For the samples which can't be dried easily, such as powder or
other pellet form sample, using vacuum dry method may effectively
reduce drying time.
3. Various complex structures of machinery ministry or other porous
sample process use vacuum dry method after washing will not leave
any residue;
4. Safety guarantee: whether under vacuum or inertia condition, the

Characteristics:
1. Integrated design of vacuum oven, pump and other relative device,
which is easy to operate and stable in performance.
2. Auto-pumping can be achieved by setting vacuum degree as needs;
multiple sections of program can be preset to ensure repeated or
multistep pumping. With experiment goes on, the vacuum degree
decreases, and then the controller would restart the pump according
to showed error to ensure stable and accurate vacuum degree.
3. Manual and electric double air eliminator, which enable easy
operation of air bleeding; manual air-bleed is used on the occasion
of power failure.
