Test Stand for SR1510 series

Features:

The Shore Durometer Test Stand is R&D for our shore durometer SR1510 series which can make test more stable and accurate. By acting on weight to cause measuring force, let tip of durometer press to test material to an accurate value Shore Durmeter test stand is applied for A Shore Durometer , B Shore Durometer , C Shore Durometer , D Shore Durometer, DO Shore Durometer, E Shore Durometer, O Shore Durometer, OO Shore Durometer.

Operation procedure:

Fix Shore durometer on the test stand through installation pole.
Put hardness block in accessory on glass stage, pressing operating handle under weight of poies to make durometer tip into hole of the block till press foot of durometer touching block completely.At this time,the hardness value on dial should be within 1 of signed value on the block. If the value is not 1, please adjust the adjusting nut under glass stage to make value turn to 1001. If the durometer is without hardness block, pressing operating handle under weight of poies to make durometer tip to glass stage, and touching completely. At this time, the hardness value on dial should be within 100 1, if it is not, please adjust the adjusting nut under glass stage to make value turn to 100 1.


Put the test material on the glass stage, drive operation handle under weight of designation weight. When durometer touches test material completely , read the value showed on dial at regular time . Reading value time of thermoplastic rubber is 15 seconds , vulcanized rubber of others unknown rubber is 3 seconds .


Shore C model (Micropore Material Durometer) is within 1 second to read the value after durometer touching the material completely. If adopting other test time, it should be pointed out in test report.

* Notice: The test stand is only applied for our shore durometer. When installing different mode of durometer, please adjust quality of weight first according to requirements.
(1) Under environment without shock, the max pressing speed of test could not above 3.2mm/s.
(2) The requirement and adjustment of the sample are based on the corresponding standard of the sample.

Shore hardness tester is an apparatus to measure vulcanized rubber and plastic products.
This apparatus has three models as Type A, Type C and Type D.

Type A are applicable to the testing of low and medium hardness, soft rubber, elastomers, natural rubber products, Neoprene, resin, Polyester, soft PVC, leather, etc.

Type C is applicable to the testing of Foam, Sponge, microporous material which is used to make shoes, with compression rate 50 percent, stress 0.049 MPa or above, and this kind of material is made of rubber plastic and has blister in plastic.

Type D are applicable to the testing of high-hardness materials, hard plastic and hard rubber, such as thermoplastic, hard resin, plastic floorboard, bowling.
